Avatar Movie Review

A new “Avatar” movie was apparently released recently, but as I haven’t seen it yet on streaming services or digital download, reviews of it will have to wait.

I have, however seen the original Avatar movie from 2009 because I have it both on DVD and on Digital Download. I may have also seen it by streaming it on Amazon Prime, but I can’t remember now as I don’t think it’s available on there free with the monthly subscription any more.

I first finally obtained Avatar on DVD from a charity shop (or Poundland, I can’t remember now). Then in November 2020 I picked up a Digital download from the UK iTunes store while it was cheap to see if it would display any better in that format with HD Quality.

Looks clear cut on the surface, with “Le Tueur” on 5/2 odds with 7 tips, with the 3rd & 4th ranked horses “Mixed Wave” (10/3) + “Aikenbreakinheart” (6/1) both getting 2x tips.
Racing Post predictor tool calls it for “Spotty Dog” on 11/4 in 2nd favourite.

Also looks an easy pick, with “Greyval” (4/11) getting 12x tips in it’s favour

Top Gun: Maverick – Movie Review

In January 2-years ago I came up with the idea of adding movie reviews to the blog, and in March 2-years ago I wrote a movie review. Having since created a dedicated user account for movie reviews some time later, I figured it was about time in March 2023 to start trying to write a few more reviews to pop on the blog.

After many years of anticipation, in May 2022 the “Top Gun 2” movie, better known as “Top Gun: Maverick” was finally launched, and smashed it out of the ballpark.

Not long after it was released to digital download, and later to DVD/Blu-Ray, and I got hold of a copy for £13.99 from iTunes UK at the end of September 2022, and finally found time on 6th October to watch the whole 2hrs 11minutes of it.

The movie starts much like the first Top Gun movie, with shots of aircraft taking off and landing on a US Navy Aircraft Carrier. Naturally updated to include the F-18 Hornet and F-35 Lighting II. Continue reading “Top Gun: Maverick – Movie Review”

Looks pretty clear cut, with “Brentford Hope” on 3/10 at Ladbrokes with 14 tips on it vs 1-tip for Ventara on 17/2. The odds of 3/10 gives it a 76.9% probability rating vs 10.5% probability for the next favourite. Horse Betting Tips from AlltheInterweb Sports

As content on AlltheInterweb blogs seems to have come screeching to a halt again due to an assortment of issues behind the scenes, over the past couple of days I have started contemplating the possibility of doing some blogs featuring some horse racing betting tips while I try to get back up to speed with that again.

If things go to plan (for once), I intend to piece together the best information on horse betting I can find from the Daily Mail, Daily Express, The Sun, Racing Post, Ladbrokes, William Hill, Sky Bet, BBC Sport, ITV7 and whatever other information comes up.
