Today I saw the latest proof that veganism is extremely bad for the health…….
Vegan diet is extremely unhealthy. They are often undernourished, have a propensity to be anemic and have low bone density. Additionally many vegans base their diets around pasta and carbs so it’s not unusual for vegans to have high bmi and low muscle mass.
